Are your shirts in stock or made after I order?

Right now, all of our pieces are made-to-order. You can preorder when new drops come out.

This means we create your shirt after you purchase it—no fast fashion, no mass production. Just real people pressing real heat.

What’s the difference between made-to-order and preorder?

Made-to-Order:

    •    You order it → we press it

    •    Ships in 3–7 business days

    •    Available for most active shirts on our site

Preorder:

    •    You order it early → We press after the drop closes

    •    Ships in 7–14 business days

    •    Used for new collections, limited drops, or exclusive designs

    •    These may never restock again

Why aren’t your shirts stocked yet?

We’re building Chauntel Apparel from the ground up with real-time production, not big inventory warehouses.

This helps us stay lean, waste less, and keep quality high, until we can scale up for larger stock runs.

How long does shipping take after I order?

    •    Made-to-Order: Ships within 3–7 business days

    •    Preorders: Ships 7–14 days after the preorder window closes

Once shipped, you’ll get tracking info via email.

Can I return or exchange an item?

Because each piece is made just for you, all sales are final.

But if there’s an issue with your order (wrong size, print flaw, etc), email us at chauntelapparel@gmail.com within 48 hours, and we’ll make it right.

What materials do you use?

We use vinyl and sublimation printing, depending on the design.

Sublimation = permanent, dyed-in print on light poly shirts.

Vinyl = bold, clean designs pressed on cotton or blends.

How do I care for my shirt?

    •    Turn inside out before washing

    •    Wash cold

    •    Hang dry or tumble low

    •    Don’t iron directly on the design

(You’ll get a care card with every order.)

Can I order custom shirts or vinyl transfers?

Yes! Head to our Build Your Own page to submit a custom request for shirts, stickers, or heat transfers.

Do you offer bulk or group orders?

We do. Just include your quantity, design idea, and deadline on the custom order form—we’ll respond with pricing and timeline.
